The Dr is good but his staff lacks quality of patient care. My wife was discharged from surgery without proper (any) wound care instructions. Nothing! His office has not returned my phone calls. Trying to Email via the UT Patient portal system is a pure waste of time as they still have not responded after multiple messages sent. They simply do not respond. I’ve even contacted UT Admin for help. Still nothing Is resolved. I am her husband James.
